Poor doesn't begin to describe it. Missed two meals off the order. Now, mistakes happen and I accept that, but this IS NOT the way to deal with them. The apology, such as it was, came from the head waiter as he skipped past the table; he never even stopped to apologise. He never checked the order when he took it. Never checked if everything was ok when it was brought. Worst of all, when we complained, our 'missing' food took another 25 minutes to arrive: it was a salad and tacos, and both can be plated and served in under 5. Used to go every second Sunday stopped going as felt it was dirty and service was getting really poor when the owners were not around and the standards dropped massively al round, thought we would try again since it had been so long and seen some marketing and advertising and thought we would re try and it was really disappointing to say the least, the only positives I have are the staff and service was really good but the food was overpriced and absolutely bang average and i got the pate to start which was lovely but £10.50 and I got one slice of sour dough cut into 3 bits for the portion whi

Excellent Sunday roast, lovely cosy atmosphere with the fires burning next to us. Staff were excellent, so accommodating on a very busy day. We had the beef sirloin, would definitely recommend as the quality of the meat was very good. Also, a nice simple menu - just three roasts all priced at £20. Would definitely visit again, thanks!
