I visit this place regularly with my children, and the service has always been good. However, on our most recent visit after school, on what was the hottest day of the year so far—the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly. I spoke to a member of staff about it, but their response was simply that there was nothing they could do and that they were also feeling hot. Unfortunately, this response made us decide to leave, as we were not able to feel refreshed, which was our main intention for stopping by. I’ve never been to a TH before today and hadn’t even heard of it. I went on the recommendation of a family member plus it was close. It’s a fast food chain however I felt it was a bit more up market than your standard KFC or similar. They have a nice clean restaurant, comfortable chairs and sofas, an easy screen ordering system, and large clean toilets. I got a chicken, bacon and honey burger which was great and my partner had the bacon cheeseburger. The loaded lattice fries were really nice too but one portion was a bit soggy. Went to Gravesend branch with my daughter and ordered pan cake and 2 frappe. Pan cake is very dry and hardly any sauce or cream. Ginger bread frappe is very very sweet and I could not finish it. Very disappointed.

We had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Charlie. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The food he prepared was excellent—fresh, tasty, and served with care. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer service. Charlie really made our visit special. We’ll definitely be coming back!
