One of quietest McDonald’s ever I have visited. Service is quite fast and smooth. Restaurant is quite clean and tidy. Unfortunately staffs are not as friendly as other McDonald’s. They are robotic. But that’s not a problem me as long as I get my food and drinks quickly.

This McDonald's near Cutty Sark station is by far the worst I've been to. I waited 20 minutes for my food, which is ridiculous for a fast-food restaurant. The place was unclean—tables were covered in crumbs, the floor was sticky, and the trash bins were overflowing. The staff didn’t seem to care, and service was slow. Avoid this place if you can!

I ordered bigmac menu + mcchiken and a chocolate pie. Quality was actually pretty good in my last 5-10 times of getting mc at different spots in the city, this was the highest quality i received. Idk what they did at this branch but keep it up

The clown show that keeps on giving. Food subpar even for macdonalds. 30min wait and no apology. Only saw one lady tackling drunkards and maintaining the floor but that was the only positive. The GM should be ashamed of running such a place.
