I used to be a regular due to the lack of decent options in Grimsby, but one day these guys absolutely ruined it for themselves with their service. I had just ordered food and drinks for 2 of us spending over £30 at the till. As I sat down I realised I forgot to say I required oat milk in my coffee. I quietly went back mentioned this to the lady at the till and she said that's it's fine and she wouldn't charge me. Matter over right? Clearly not, as the guy behind the till says to me as I'm walking away "it's actually 50p extra so you know for next time, make sure to tell us before you order."

This amazing business recently helped to host our very first Silent Book Club! They have plenty of seating, with the main seating downstairs and 2 rooms upstairs, one of which is a family room. The room upstairs had plenty if books which you can help yourself to/swap for new reads and plenty of board games. It feels very rustic and quirky, with a great atmosphere. Everyone who came loved it, some people had been there before and some was their first time, eager to return.
