Just as most Costa Coffees. Located in the Regent shopping centre. Only few customers at time of visit. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Tables cleaned regularly. Fresh cakes topped up instantly. Nice break during shopping.

I was due a free costa coffee through their rewards scheme, they had no large cups only medium for takeaway [everytime I am in i always buy a large] i had to take a medium coffee as I never brought any cash or my card as I was expecting a free large coffee i was not offered any alternative and the staff couldn't have been more unhelpful if they tried they were not polite like they usually are and I use costa coffee a lot but I don't think I will be back considering I always buy large and I am a good customer but they were so unpleasant and not for helping it has really put me off going back to

I don't use this coffee shop just passing on my way back home and to Shops
