I was in area via family etc. As a semi-loyal Costa customer, once out of the travelodge this morning I made a beeline here. Having read reviews (mostly negative) prior I innocently imagined it's not that bad staff wise. Well. I was only customer at counter. One staff member was doing things by me with stock. One was making a drink. One was doing whatever. I did not expect the drinkmaker to react. However, the stacker and wanderer were oblivious. Visited Costa Coffee in Harrow-on-the-Hill today (December 17th, approximately 9:50am) and had a terrible experience. Ordered a flat white but received something completely different - it was nothing like what a flat white should be. The coffee was poorly made and not worth the price. When I tried to address this with the staff member who served me, I was met with rudeness and unhelpful service. No attempt was made to fix the issue or even acknowledge the problem. Worst service of staff…..Never acknowledge any customer even not acknowledge to senior citizen as well…..This my worst experience in costa also not greeting any customer. Costa need to improve this staff and give him proper training to how to treat a customer. This lady need training of how to treat with customer.
