RED T Owen★After visiting my extremely sick Mother today, your employee, a young male named 'Ilsaf' decided he would ask me to smile whilst I ordered my tea. When I explained that was an odd thing to say to a woman, he asked me if I was OK because I 'seemed in a rush'. Please train your staff. We dont speak to women that way in 2026. Women are not required to fake their mood to please men here. Especially in a HOSPITAL SETTING where people are very often already unwell/under stress. Please tell this employee to serve women tea without judgement and comment. This is not 1955.
