I came here with 10 people, 5 of us got our food before the rest and they noticed we were all together so they brought us free starters. The inside was gorgeous and the staff were lovely

I usually leave positive reviews but this place is awful. My child was eating her corn on the cob when their was a maggot inside. I immediately complained to the manager who did not refund me (at this point neither of us wanted to eat our meals, as this is disguting) i filled out a complaint and nandos got in touch offering £20 gift card but no refund. Personally if you pay for food and its inedible its common curtesy to provide a refund. Shocking customer service and would never return.

What happened with this place? I just had a meal ( delivery) after a couple of months not eating there and it's inedible... Chips are very dry, like there ware fried Yesterday... I can only taste Burned chicken skin ... Rainbow coleslaw average, no spices at all... That was my favourite meal in the past, I'm very disappointed 😞
