Ram Chandran★★★★

One of the best south Indian cum English pub in the region. Had tried several times both take aways and dine-in. Southindian starters, fried rices, Briyani, parotta and kotthu parotta are comparatively in good quantity and taste. Ambience was neat, ample seating and car parking spaces.

C Sumner★★★★

This is an odd place. Some of the food was really nice, but some wasn't as nice. The curries are good but the onion bajis were odd, like a big "pattie" style. One of our group didn't get their starters but the staff did offer to get it later when they were informed. The staff are lovely and attentive. The gobi Manchurian starter is good. The open nature of the main restaurant in the old pub leaves you feeling a bit cold and open. It's not intimate enough for your group to dine, but that's a matter of taste I suppose. I think banquets might be an option as there seems to be a big open space in

Mel Neale★★★★★

Ive been to the cafe section 3 times this past week. On two occasions I had the small breakfast which was compared to other establishments large and it included tea and coffee for £7.99! Brilliant. Today I popped is for a latte with my wife and had the chicken chat starter. It definitely hit the spot. My fave place to eat at present in St.Helens. ps vert dog friendly so incorporate a walk down the Sankey Brook
