I usual don’t leave reviews but I was shocked and appalled with how I was treated in the Haywards Heath branch of pizza express today by Aneli. I have been eating in pizza express for over 20 years and have never pre book a table maybe down to luck. But this evening I was told that the restaurant was completely booked all evening even though only three tables were being used which I took pictures of. I asked what the late no show policy was as had waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged to which Aneli walked off with no reply!!! I then waited another 5 minutes with my two young children until my

We went out for a family meal. The kid's menu was a good selection of kid favourites, which made selection easy but could have had more soft drink options. The main menu was extensive, with loads of great-sounding food to try too. Our server was a lovely lady who helped out with all our requests, quickly and efficiently and always with a beaming smile. We had a great time and will 100% be back in again. Thank you for making such a nice experience

Pretty good, gluten-free dough balls were great. Gluten-free pizza could have been better but it was nice just being able to eat out! It was a Sunday afternoon so very quiet at the time. Peach fizzy drink was one of the best soft drinks I've had before.

Me and my girlfriend went on our 4 year anniversary date at pizza express in Haywards Heath. We had a great time! The food was amazing and quick, Max C the server was very nice and took very good care of us and the atmosphere was very chilled.
