We visited Kulcha Express recently and overall had a good experience. The staff were friendly, service was smooth, and the food was excellent — flavours were on point and everything tasted fresh. A few areas could be improved from a customer point of view. The menus were a bit oily and could be cleaner, and the tables didn’t seem to be wiped properly. Seating space was also slightly tight, making it uncomfortable to sit with legs straight. Toilets were clean, which is always appreciated. One small service detail — staff should pay closer attention when distinguishing between Coke Zero and Diet

My friend and I wanted to have the real Batura. I was sick of being served gisnt puris being called "batura". Hence came to Kulcha Express and got to have the perfect Amritsari batura!! The food was freshly cooked and piping hot, we didn't mind the short wait. Makki roti and sarso saag were also just perfect. I debated whether I should go for their filter coffee or malai tea later and eventually settled for the coffee and again was delighted with the flavour of Indian style coffee. A must visit if you don't want to be fooled with kulchas, batura, or makki roti and crave the authenticity.
