I felt so sick after having my food. in my opinion the chicken wasn’t cooked fully and was disgusting I could barley eat it I had to spit it out.the garlic bread was stale and the mayonnaise they gave me was like jelly and it was lumpy and tasted gross as you can see in the pictures. I was so excited to go out for some food and I get this it was such a waste of money and I’m so disappointed.

Showed my ID card for discount which I usually do,I paid cash and the girl gave me the wrong change,I said you have short changed me, she got abit flustered and called a colleague over.she hadnt pushed the discount code, it wasnt even a complex order,it was a platter to share, they said they couldnt reimburse me,they offered me a desert or food to take home which i didnt want,i enjoy going to nandos ,I never take a desert as i am full,and i go regular as i get 20 percent discount.Both workers didnt seem to be sympathetic or helpfull.I find this bizare not being able to reimburse the customer.

I have seen more meat on a sparrows leg and yet the restaurant advised me to submit for a refund from deliveroo.. deliveroo is a delivery service. They don’t make the portions at the restaurant. Get a grip
