What a lovely place for an on-the-go coffee or just to sit and relax before the train arrives. 😊 I loved the plants in the toilet. Such a brilliant idea 🥰💡 I had no food on the visit so cannot comment on that. Highly recommended

Brilliant cafe! A nice range of food to start you off an your hike, or replenish you (we stopped twice in one day) -pasties, cakes and ice creams, cold and hot drinks. They have a book swap and a range of board games to play, which we enjoyed while our muscles took a rest. Very clean bathroom with everything you need. Just be aware there's only one - there's more public toilets in the car park over the road, though.

Lovely spot before or after a walk! Nice cakes and savouries on offer and good coffee, staff are nice and friendly! Good to pick up some last minute snacks before jumping on a train, which has a handy train time board in the cafe so you won’t miss one! Excellent place

GO HERE! Best post-run snack I could have hoped for. Very clean, very friendly and I met some interesting hikers. It's right at the train station and opened early enough for me to enjoy breakfast while awaiting the train to Hathersage. I wish all the world worked as well as that morning did, hiking Mam Tor then relaxing at the Penny Pot Cafe. THANK YOU for being there.
