I recently ordered a 6-piece chicken meal from this restaurant and was really disappointed when we got home and found that 2 pieces were dry and not enjoyable at all. I decided to call the shop to let them know. The staff was very polite and sincerely apologised. They kindly asked me to come back to the store so they could make it right. When I returned and showed the manager the pieces, he immediately apologised again and replaced them with 3 freshly cooked, hot pieces of chicken, plus an extra portion of chips — completely free of charge. Ordered via just eat. The reviews there which you cannot see seem to be far better!! So must be fake as the food I received last night was terrible. The burger had been flattened , chicken inside it was sogger and horrible. The chips were cold, and had a texture like cardboard so where un eatable. I ordered 12 hot and spicy chicken wings which were disgusting. No crispness what's so ever, there were soggy and tasted horrible.
