How shockingly wonderful to happen upon Yida while strolling in Highburg. The outdoor garden area is such a little oasis in the middle of the city. Had dinner while the birds chirped away into the sunset. Fish was fresh — solid tuna and salmon rolls, great edamame and sake too! Attentive service was much appreciated :)

Just WOW! Delicious sushi dishes, beautifully presented. Special mention for the green bean salad, dressed in an incredible sauce. Hand rolls were very good and overall the food was reasonably priced for the area. Highly recommended.

Hidden gem! Every dish from Yida was beautifully prepared and fresh. High quality sushi, sashimi and cooked dishes like tempura and agedashi tofu to name a few. There's a cute outdoor area which is nice to get some air in summer. Service is delightful and for Japanese cuisine which requires sushi grade fish and seafood, prices are very reasonable. Photos don't really do the food justice and because we were too busy tucking in, key dishes have not been captured...
