Lovely pub, lovely cat, and lovely food. I had the Palestinian chicken which was recommended to me by the bartender, and it was so different to anything I’ve tried recently, and yet so tasty! The atmosphere is really nice, amplified by the pleasant interior decor. Be sure to the General’s beer (which is the name of the pub’s cat!), it’s quite a nice pint.

Drop in here often for a pint after taking m granddaughter to the park. We sit outside as children are very politely not allowed in the bars which adds to its charm. Very historical pub with amazing location near all the famous Law schools “Inns” great beer friendly staff and my granddaughter calls it The Harry Potter pub because of the window declarations and cat.

With origins dating back to 1602, this is one of the oldest pubs in London. Having visited 200+ different pubs in South Australia, I was really looking forward to visiting The Seven Stars, to have a pint at a watering hole that is more than 400 years old. Whilst very small, The Seven Stars didn’t disappoint …..if only those walls could talk! There is food on offer, not an extensive menu but let’s be honest, the food isn’t the main attraction here. The history of this great pub is what draws you in. Pop in, even if only for a pint.

It is a small charming spot with a real sense of character the kind of place you stumble into and end up staying longer than planned. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and despite its long history and old-world feel it's incredibly welcoming. We stopped in for a quick drink and it turned into one of those memorable moments that captures exactly what makes London's pubs so special. The drinks were on spot especially what
