The chicken was honestly really good, no complaints there. But the cutlery wasn’t clean & the plates still had tiny soap droplets on them, which was a bit disappointing. I had to make sure they are clean before eating. It could be a huge issue, but a little more attention to cleanliness would make the experience much nicer for customers visiting Nando’s. All the best!

Bad service. We usually visit other branches, but this was our first time at the Hounslow branch, and it was very disappointing. The rice was hard and dried out. We also asked for the chips to be extra crispy, but they weren't even cooked properly. We complained twice, yet nothing changed. Visiting this branch was a mistake. I hope they improve the food quality and customer service because this experience was far below the standard we've had at your other branches.

Had a great experience at Nando’s Hounslow. The service from Shyam Narsing was excellent. He was very friendly, always smiling, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His response was quick, polite, and professional. He provided great customer service throughout our visit and made the experience even better. Overall, the service was outstanding, and I would definitely visit again.
