I ordered a chicken wrap for delivery, the pita was crushed into a ball and the sauce and a few bits of chicken were loose in the container. The cardboard wrapper was soggy with the sauce when it arrived. EDIT: I have already made a complaint with Nandos, which was ignored. I would like a refund.

We always trust Nandos as a good and reliable place for a family meal. Today's visit to Hove Nandos was a disappointment due to the cleanliness, or the lack thereof, in the mens' bathroom - and the sink in the main dining area, see attached photos. The sink in the mens' restroom was so dirty and mouldy, it really needs a good clean! This alone will probably put us off from returning there for our regular family meals!
