Palmito is definitely one of my top 3 favorite restaurants in Brighton. We ordered 5 dishes and every single one is just delicious! We had grilled king prawns, beef tacos, charred cabbage, mussels, empanadas, everything was delightful! We also made space for dessert and it did not disappoint. Service was amazing and very friendly staff. Will come back for sure!

The food at Palmito is sooooo good. I went on a date night with the missus here on the weekend. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We were told 2-3 dishes each is about right and they are generally sharing dishes. So we ordered 5 different dishes of the menu and shared them They were all very good and a couple of them were excellent. My favourites were the birria venison tacos and the cornbread which was unreal. We also had the fish tacos, sweetcorn and fried chicken, all of which were very tasty.
