isaiah lee★★★★The wabi roll had a Good sweet flavor and very well balanced with the savory, the texture is great the with the mix of crunch from the cucumber and the slight chew from the seared salmon to the crisp of the tempura and pop from the eggs. The eel don had Good warmth and well made sause but maybe a bit one toned and the rice had parts that clump and cause the rice texture to be off due to there rice being to starchy when they cooked it causing it to meld together. The service was nice and it came out quickly, but I would have liked if my dishes came out at the same time rather than whenever th
Emma J Crosby★★★★★Loved this place! The restaurant itself feels cosy and intimate, with bold colourful murals, silk flowers and a lovely faux cherry tree cascading in the centre. While the menu options are so vast, they're initially quite daunting, every dish we selected was cooked / marinaded / cured to perfection. The service was excellent - staff are friendly and professional, and food delivery was super quick. Very rarely does my hubs give a 10 out of 10 as an all-round score, but Wabi Sabi managed this effortlessly. We will definitely be going back. Mission: to get through the whole menu!
Roger Norman★★★★★I won't go into crazy detail because it'll bore you. However, I'm in Hove for a reason from Australia and I saw this restaurant before I went on a 2-hour search for a running hat. I came back to it purposefully and it was worth the 2-hour wait. You don't have to travel as far as me but I would highly recommend you make the effort and pop your head in
Saara★★★★★Wabi-Sabi is my new favourite restaurant in Hove! Great atmosphere and delicious food. We had the Wabi roll - which was a work of art, and the vegetable tempura which I highly recommend - cooked perfectly, and a ramen each. We couldn’t finish the ramen we were so full! I can’t recommend this place enough
