Madison Etta James★★Visited on the morning of Saturday 25th April 2026. The lady who served me first was lovely. The woman who served the coffee and tea was rude, surly and grumpy. I made the mistake of asking for a spoon to stir my tea and instead of handing it to me like an adult, she slammed it on the counter. Unnecessary, uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. Disappointing 😔 However, she failed to spoil my day, as I went on to enjoy a beautiful day with friends and family in the sunshine 🌞
Roger Greenwood★★★★★Very nice for a park cafe. It was busy when we visited but service was quick and the food was good.
Lara Pollard-Jones★★★★★We've been waiting for this to re-open for a few months and were so excited to finally be able to visit! The portions are a very good size, the pricing very reasonable (considering there is practially a captive audience!) and the conservatory itself has been beautifully restored. It is well worth a visit! It is accessible for wheelchairs and prams, we saw lots of families around while we were there. The only potential downside is that children's squeals do tend to echo quite a bit due to the size and structure! Still, I nearly squeales when the cake came out so I can't complain!
Minnie Mouse★★★★★I love the feeling there it's so calm and relaxing and it's wheelchair ♿️ accessible it's well kept I haven't tried their food yet but got a drink fir me and a lunch box for my son who is 3. The staff there are so welcoming and happy it makes me happy I definitely will be going back there. The greenhouse is amazing I wish I took better pictures of it now 🙃.
