Slowest process known to man. Intercom in the drive thru hasn't worked for over a year, only takes orders at the one window and then you wait 20mins for your food at that same window. App Collection isn't much quicker either because on this occasion they gave my order to someone else prior to my arrival who apparently responded to my name so that was enough verification for them to just hand over a £30 order of food.... (don't need the order code no?) If you collect inside you'll have to fight through the just eat drivers gaggle at the, again....ONE window and whilst they're pushing in front

Food was fine. However the staff couldn't of been more uninterested. One lady was struggling to get help ordering on the screens and asked for assistance, was left to struggle. Whilst there I popped to the toilets and was faced with no toilet roll, no handsoap. I informed the lady behind the counter who honestly showed zero interest. I get places have off days.. but reading other reviews it seems this just isn't all that.

Whoever is on the current shift at this restaurant should get a promotion!! Fabulous first Taco Bell experience .. made "fabulous" by the staff. The food was good and we will definitely visit a branch near us. We were en route south - north. Thankyou staff for a great experience. Five stars all the way 🙏🙏🙏

Had a lovely experience at this Taco Bell. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. I highly reccomend the Cheesy Gordita Crunch as well as the cinnamon twists. If you dine in you can purchase a refillable drink with a range of options, as well as help yourself to the Taco Bell sauces (my favourite is the mild). Overall a very lovely experience, and will be returning soon.
