Walked in when it didn't look particularly busy wanting to get a coffee and maybe something to eat. We stood by the counter / bar watching while two staff were dealing with an order and interacting with those customers. Stood there for at least 5 minutes. No greeting. Two people came in separately behind us and stood at the counter in the meantime. One of them was immediately greeted. Meanwhile it seemed as if the staff were still dealing with their previous order. But I got the distinct impression that those that came in after us might be served before us. We just silently left.....

I had a very disappointing experience at this café. The owner behaved extremely unprofessionally and spoke to customers in a rude and vulgar manner, even while children were present at the table. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a public place. No customer should be treated with disrespect, especially in a place that is supposed to be welcoming and family-friendly. I would not recommend this place until there is a clear improvement in attitude and basic customer service. Respect should be the minimum standard in any business.

Fantastic little café. Real Potugese vibe. Not the sunkissed beachy, touristy type you'd probably automatically associate with Potugal. It's more like the down-to-Earth, back road, real Portugal, with real people, everyone speaking Potugese, of course. (Quite loudly... 🙂) Excellent coffee and cakes. Cheap as chips.

Very good coffee shop and supermarket with all your essentials. The staff are very nice and friendly. They have gluten free and lactose free products as I bought some in the supermarket, it’s not true they don’t have it! The meat is lovely, all the frozen products are very good, try Portuguese cheese from Seia, beef, super bock beer and pick a dessert and a bottle of wine and you’ll have an amazing weekend! Go and see for yourself, you will be amazed to get to know this place!
