Always a fab experience @Irvine BK! Staff can't do enough to ensure high standard & customer satisfaction 100%.. food is also ALWAYS freshly cooked, steaming hot & even if not eating i'd rate the coffee here over the top names everytime!! Stop by you won't be disappointed, spesh the truffle loaded fries!! Best fastfood in Irvine by a mile, immaculate tables 🙌 (ps. & i wasny even asked to review them!!)😎🌈

Took 10 minutes to receive food from ordering. No apology from staff. About 4 staff in the entire building and clearly prioritising Justeast and drive thru orders. They got my walk-in order wrong and gave me a burger labelled for the drive thru. When I asked the grey haired lady behind the counter to correct this, there was a notable lack of sympathy of apology, she had a miserable look on her face. The classic chicken melt burger looked nothing like the photos or advertisements with barely any cheese. The chicken patty was a strange shade of orange and was tasteless and rubbery. The Coca Cola

Extremely poor from the start, only 2 self order machines for quite a large establishment but one broken. Girl on desk took our order but had to keep going over it as items were missing. After placing the order & ready to pay she told me she couldn’t accept my app as it would have had to be scanned at the start, she didn’t even ask if I had the app. We ordered 2 slushies & a milkshake with our order & then after it arrived staff informed us there were no straws or spoons ! Think this should have been told to us before ordering drinks that needed a straw or spoon, ridiculous. Quite a few food i
