Was served by aa lovely woman who was a batista maestro , or thats what it said on her apron. Even though it was just before closing she couldn't have been more helpful...im disabled following a stroke... didn't hurry us helped get ourr drinks safely ready to take out and was everything you'd want someone to be. Upped the service from 4 to 5 star. Thank you

Kamran Sadiq★★★Visited Costa at Royal Quays with family and friends. It was freezing cold and struggled to get a table as it was very busy. However the staff was very friendly and pleasant. Really enjoyed our coffee.
