Keighley Costa is no exception to this rule, what is exceptional is the staff friendliness and professional. Every visit has been a great experience with the staff being very patient and accommodating. The atmosphere is great. The food and drink as always costa quality. Love the blueberry muffins, they are unmatched. Toasties are great! If in Keighley Town, ensure to pay Costa a visit 👍

Both were polite attentive and interested in my plight. The young lady who made my tea even gave me extra milk. Please dont penalise her for this. As I I have had such a wonderful experience just from buying a cup of tea. I will definitely be going there again. So nice that your staff really actually do care about their customers. Made my day.
