Staying with friends at Tenterden, Kent. Treated them to brunch on 4th January. This is a cafe they frequent and highly recommend. I had Set 2 on menu. It was great. Arrived promptly, hot and presentation was good. I found their prices very reasonable for this part of the world. Lincoln, where I live, is generally considered to be cheaper but, certainly, my food was on a par price wise. There was plenty to choose from on the menu. Would I recommend here, absolutely.

Service very good. Tables grubby, cheap coffee, very cheap burgers, very cheap beans and the cheapest frozen chips money can buy. What a shame. Fix the little things that need attention and people will comment In a positive manner.

lovely food , but the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. one of your staff pretty much threw my plate down on the table. she put it down that hard i felt the ground shake. it's a shame because the food was decent but might need to teach some staff how to smile
