Ordered two hot drinks - a latte and hot chocolate. Both tasted like hot water!! Went back to complain, and they offered the same drinks for free to correct the mistake.. SHOCK they were still like hot water, if not worse than the first two I received. Tried to call them to complain about the second lot of drinks but no answer.
