Usually enjoy good service from Costa however we visited this particular Costa around 3pm, it wasn’t busy but they got our order wrong, asked for a cappuccino with alternative milk, however after drinking half of it we realised, after checking the receipt, it had been made with normal milk. We also tried to order something off the new menu, however they said they didn’t have it in store which was weird as it was advertised on the board? Didn’t enjoy the good service that we’re normally used to at Costa.

Grabbed a latte and muffin to go and got a festive cup too. All good the person who made the latte did an excellent job the server not so much ☕
