Fisherman's catch is a good location for the local housing areas around it. Food was delicious, served hot and very much enjoyed as always. Service staff are young but very friendly and attentive making sure that they had taken our order correctly and that we were served as quickly as possible. Would highly recommend this chip shop to anyone locally or passing by

Today saturday 30 may order chicken meat chips also special mix. How can any chips serve chicken meat that is dry and over cooked and the donner meat was no better again dry and shriveld edges. As for chips undercooked in places. Think twice before hammering your taste buds to cardboard. Unfortunantly i will not be going to these again.

Food ended up cold due to missing item. Mother in law and partner had to go out their way to collect the item originally ordered. meanwhile the food we paid over £40 for was going cold. Owner did absolutely nothing for compensation. He’s a Very nice guy until things go wrong his end then doesn’t appear to return any compensation for a service we paid good money for. The question is would you pay over £40 to drive home with your food and to go back again to collect Somthing you paid for initially? Sorry to the young lady that will probably get stick from this as the owner apparently walked away

Used the chippy for many years and it's always been decent enough and cheap in comparison to others. But when you've got a battered fish darker than the sausage because it's been massively overcooked, trying to cut through the cardboard like batter....you know you're in for a bad one! Very disappointed that the chef thought it would be ok to serve and send me that. Won't be going again. What a waste of money.
