Supersupergirl★★★★★Breakfast with liver at River Cafe. Another greasy spoons in London. Breakfasts cost 13 and they have the usual suspects like pasta, grills and a wide range of sandwiches, rolls and ciabattas. Liver is a rarity these days because people just don't eat them. Even if you do find them, sometimes they are not fresh because no one orders them so they might have been stored for a while and when you do order them, staff are not used to cooking them hence the quality. Anyway, here they have liver with the black pudding special breakfast or you can get the liver and bacon. I went for the black pudding
Craig Orbisom★★★★★Fantastic and affordable place for breakfast or lunch in London. The food was great and really good value. The lady taking orders and serving is really friendly and helpful. Blue River also scores top marks for the best coffee we have had for a while.
Dan Power★★★A simple but effective veggie breakfast here. It cost £18 for this and a coffee, which is very expensive, even for central London! I added hash browns to the breakfast which cost £2 extra, but even without this the price is very steep. That said the food was well cooked, filling, and came just a few minutes after ordering, so I'm happy.
SW Cool★★★★★Lovely little café. I popped in for a quick bite and it was perfectly fine for what I needed. I enjoyed a nice cup of hot tea on a rainy day, and the staff were genuinely lovely. Just a note that the toilet is downstairs and accessed via a steep, narrow staircase.
