This place has an excellent coffee. Furniture is a bit shabby and needs updating and decor looks tired, but service is excellent. There is an easy going and warm vibe. Cakes looked a bit stodgy, but they had a great choice of pancakes and brunch type food, which I hope to be back to try.

Hands down my favourite cafe in the Guildford woking area. Coffees always come out great, really enjoyed my matcha last visit & the treats are delicious. Very happy to see lots of vegan options! Staff all very friendly and helpful & so nice to see it’s dog friendly too! Highly recommend this spot!

Always cozy in the back rooms. It’s easy to chat and catch up with friends as the noise level is just right. Coffee is always delicious. Great for bringing dogs. Dog bowls available and free water available for humans too.

The owner (a woman) of the Bem cafe at St John’s which has no customer service skills, knowledge and experience. Her staff are better than her in customer service. She was so rude to me (regular respectful customer). I am very disappointed of this cafe. I felt no welcome and just like a number to make money for her. I will never come to Bem because of this terrible treatment. She was very disappointing and not respectful at all.
