Good food here, we had a carvery today, and found the meat cut very thinly. There was no sprouts or broccoli, which, for me was disappointing. Everything tasted good though. Great service from the hosts. Parking was a bit hard as it was busy. We went on a sunday around 4pm. We'd definitely go back, but probably try a different time of day

Absolutely fantastic experience at Toby Carvery Knowle! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive. The carvery itself was spot on — perfectly cooked meats, crispy roast potatoes, and a great variety of fresh vegetables, all topped off with rich, tasty gravy. Disappointing visit overall. The restaurant was very hot with no air conditioning in our area. I also noticed a few ants around the dining area, and a nearby table commented on them too. The cleanliness was poor, with splatters up the walls and grimy skirting boards that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. The food was only lukewarm rather than properly hot, and the Yorkshire pudding was dry and difficult to eat. I really felt I had to write a review after the fabulous meal we had on Friday evening. The whole experience was made even better by Aimee who was looking after us. She was so lovely, polite and attentive. At the end of the night while we were finishing our drinks and Aimee was clearing and cleaning tables around us we had a great chat with her. She never stopped working throughout but made time for us on a very busy night. The food was amazing as always and we look forward to our next meal with you. 😊
