Lovely Turkish cuisine. Has a good few set menus for mezze. Highlights for us were: hummus, prawns, aubergine, and the Mussaka. I’ve been visiting this restaurant for years and it’s always a solid experience. It’s a great choice for large groups; the service is always fantastic; and often you don’t need a booking but it’s probably useful to have one during busier times like weekend.

A spacious restaurant with a decent bar area, somewhat hidden between residential buildings and arches. I’ve been here a few times, and unfortunately each visit has been mediocre. Food: consistently bland, which is a real shame given the potential of the place. Service: often feels inattentive. During our last visit, they misheard our request for a separate VAT receipt for one of our friends. Even though several members of our group heard the request which was repeated a couple of times, it still wasn’t handled properly. Overall, a place with potential, but disappointing execution so far.

I often eat meals alone due to the nature of my job, and I find sometimes being a party of one impacts service. I ordered a veggie moussaka and was very disappointed. For £25 per main dish at lunch I expected something decent. I received a small tasteless plate of luke warm food. Nobody came to take an order for a drink and I was at the restaurant for a while. The food arrived within 5mjn of my order and I asked the waiter if the food was made in the microwave which he said that it was. I was starving and finished my portion and raised my disappointment with two different staff members who mad

This place is incredible. You won’t find better meze in London - extremely fresh, unbelievably tasty and very well priced. The lentil soup is top level too. They are always very generous with portion size and include delicious fresh baked bread with your order. The garden outside is gorgeous in Spring and Summer, the inside has a great ambience and there’s free internet in case you need it. A perfect spot to meet friends, grab a quick lunch or get on with some work. Tucked away south london secret. Amazing.
