Really good value for money! I visited during the £19.99 all-you-can-eat hotpot offer and was honestly surprised by how much food was included. There was a great variety of hotpot ingredients, plus a self-serve station with rice, noodles, spring rolls, fried chicken and dipping sauces. My favourite part was definitely the meat. The slices were very thin, cooked quickly and tasted really tender. I also loved the fish balls – they were super bouncy and fresh. The restaurant has such a warm and lively atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal with friends or a fun solo treat. Got the deluxe all you can eat for £33. Really great cuts of meat, which were beautifully presented. The spicy chicken broth was one of the best I’ve had, paired really well with the instant noodles. Huge shame that they charged for the dipping sauces/condiments (not sure if this is a UK thing). The mini dessert/cakes also smelled and tasted of garlic for some reason Restaurant was spacious, clean and well-lit. Staff were quite friendly.

First of all, when we entered the restaurant, the staff wearing a blue shirt who greeted us had a very unfriendly attitude. He didn’t explain any of the dining rules at all and only told us that because we arrived late, the last order time would be 17:30 (30 minutes later). After ordering, the food took a very long time to arrive. The vegetable platter came first, but due to the pressure of the last order time, we asked when the meat platter would arrive and about the portion size. We were told the chef was still slicing the meat, but the meat platter only arrived more than 20 minutes later. L
