Busy branch, and the team at the Bayswater are super helpful too. They saved me from a sugar crash (hypoglycaemia so could go into coma!!) due to my invisible disabilities! Team members Ayo, Mehadad & Chaytanya, and the very helpful manager over the weekend helped and also explained how the feedback form works. The lower sugar content of my special limited edition drink was good my disability and wellbeing, and a great as well! Well done team! Would be 5 stars for the atmosphere but I struggle with busy environments, so giving 4 here, but it’s my situation. Might be different for others for o

It’s seems they might have an issue with understaffed/people calling sick/slow service. Staff seems demoralised and it’s visible since the have fully open kitchen. I don’t usually eat brekkie menu but I had a taste for muffin. Waiting time was very long, usually I get quick service from this chain but waited 10 mins for muffin and hash brown and place wasn’t busy. Bit dirty too, not terribly but it’s visible. Food was suprisingly good, muffin with egg and bacon was tasty, hash brown was served very hot.

I have just once again had an extremely unpleasant experience in this appalling excuse for a restaurant. Its not the first time either. I requested with my voucher I was given for the appalling service I have had here the last two times, 2 double fillet of fish with just cheese, NO TARTARE SAUCE, I can't eat the rotten stuff, and NO FRIES either. So what do you think I get?, 2 single fillet of fish smothered in tartare sauce with fries, all of which have gone in the bin. The staff here are dreadful, they just don't bother to listen to what is being said to them. So another meal goes in the bin
