Prithviraj Deshmukh★I had ordered online, Deliveroo app gaves an option in GDK restaurant to remove the items from burger.Im allergic to onions.App has select options like 1) remove onions, 2) remove pickels , 3) do not remove (not even like mine was absurd demand ) so I selected onions , yet had loads and loads of onions filled in not just burger but also in Quesadilla. I ignored it first time, did not escalate , thought it might have happened by mistake, after few days I ordered again and again the same thing. I guess the staff working there give a dam about customers preference.... I escalated it the service
