Everything was fresh, the presentation was excellent, and the flavours were rich without being overly sweet. The milkshakes were thick and delicious, and the ice cream was incredibly creamy. The seating area was clean, comfortable, and had a nice vibe. It’s the perfect place to satisfy your sweet cravings. Great value, excellent service, and fantastic desserts. Bennu Kösen★We previously tried desserts from Kaspa's and were very satisfied. Unfortunately, our visit on 18 February 2026 at around 15:40 was a complete disappointment. The waffle was bland and tasteless. The strawberries were cut ridiculously large, making it unpleasant to eat, and the chocolate flakes clearly shown on the menu were missing. This is basic presentation and quality control. When we visited 2.5 months ago, it was completely different and actually worth the money. The difference between the two photos speaks for itself. Victoria SK★staff was awkward and rude. i ordered just a cookie dough for take out, waited around 15 minutes. a lot of staff doing a lot of nothing, wasn’t even busy in the place. when we opened the box, had to laugh out loud, because surely it’s a joke, for the portion size £8.95 is extortionate. over the years the food is just getting smaller and smaller, and more plasticky tasting. 1/10 not coming back.
