I have to be honest the main course was disappointing. I had the three course set menu. The prawn starter was amazing, well balanced and the sauce was deliciously addictive. The pancake desert was also delicious with caramel and a nutty ice cream. The main course however was disappointing. Yes the rump steak wasn’t the biggest which is to be expected with the amount I paid. But the sauce was just seaweed and olive oil. With the chips there wasn’t many flavours on the dish apart from salt. It needed a sweetness, creaminess or umami flavour to elevate the dish. Even a side salad would have ad

Really good food done really well. We didn't the Sunday dinner and it was very well done. The gravy was the stand out though - I could have bathed in it. The unlimited offer of Yorkshire puds and gravy is a nice touch too. All the staff were very attentive. The only fault I can pick was the live entertainment, I'm not disputing their talent, but it was somewhat too noisy. As soon as they stopped the ambience was perfect but at that point it was time to leave.

We celebrated our anniversary here and had an unforgettable experience. The staff really went above and beyond, greeting us warmly and checking in throughout our meal. The atmosphere was spot on, and the food was delicious—definitely a 5-star experience! Plus, the managers were visible and made us feel special. Can’t wait to come back!

Served by Megan and Ben who were both amazing. Really friendly service, greeted warmly at the door, checked our coats in. Sat promptly. Good atmosphere. Ben recommended some wine based on our wants. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Will definitely be returning!
