We walked in and got seated for a table for 2. Ordered our food at the till, hassle free and paid by cash. Our food came out accordingly. The Sweet Potato wedges were amazing! Soft and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Our meals came accordingly nice and hot ! Very rare l say because the same meal l have had many times at Nando’s in Trafford Centre was served just about warm, not very nice. The staff were very friendly checking how the food was quite frequently. I’ve got to say must try the Peri-ketchup, it’s so good. It says hot on the bottle but not really, just a little kick!

We had such a lovely experience at Nando’s and I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had service like it there before. It’s usually quite self service, but Etalia completely changed that for us. From the moment we walked in she greeted us with such a warm and friendly energy and was so smiley and welcoming, it instantly set the tone. I came in Monday lunch time with my 11m old. Straight away I was greeted by Kaylea who was able to take me to a seat right away and asked if I needed a high chair. She brought it over really quickly and I was able to order. I ordered online and within seconds she came over with my glass asking what I’d like to drink as she’d do it for me! I thought that was lovely and really considerate of her given I was with my baby! Then a few minutes later my food arrived too which was lovely! Kaylea then asked if I would like so bread roll for my baby which was again so kind of her! My little one enjoyed
