The upstairs seating offers prime position if you're into people watching. Overall the place seems soulless, completely lacking the atmosphere and buzz of most other coffee place in the city centre. Then there's the price, at just short of £10 for a cappuccino and a sandwich this is one of the most expensive places in the city centre and this is not a plucky indie place compensating for costs. This is basically a last resort if your usual place is busy.

Excellent service, polite and friendly staff, drinks were served quickly, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I would definitely come back again and would highly recommend this place to others.

Nice seating, especially during rainy days. Quiet and cosy. Price not cheap. Takeaway cup for sit in people. Toilet access needs the code on the paper receipt. Remember to keep it at the counter.

I was publicly humiliated by three members of staff for how I pronounced my drink order since I have a southern accent. The manager said she would talk to the staff individually but I was so uncomfortable and alienated that I don't visit anymore.
