I've popped in here a few times as I travel through Leeds and it's consistently great. Lovely outdoor seating area (with heating options for those of us from warmer climes), decent wine and beers, local WiFi which is excellent for us solo travellers, and a pretty cool snicket to walk down in order to gain entry to the pub. Reasonably priced, attentive staff... it's everything you need in a pub! The prices can’t be beat either, better than any other pub in town.

Visited this pub numerous times on visiting Leeds and enjoyed it . Have also eaten on a few occasions and the food was nice ( hence revisiting). However popped in this afternoon to watch the rugby and was met with rude barking bar tender/landlord 🤷‍♂️. ( two pints were served and he put them on the bar right where he pulled them …….. down the bar from each other. Never asked how I was paying or even said how much it was (or even a word ) just waved the card reader at me . Very quaint and cosy pub. The staff were extremely friendly, good vibes all round, service was good, reasonable prices, very warm during minus temperatures, toilets were clean. Wish there were more seating options, maybe more stools against the wall.
