The atmosphere was ok, the service not good, the food average. I believe the service left a lot to be desired. Female server was great, delightful smiley and quick. The gentlemen who served us, rude & dismissive, one laughing at myself when I mis-phrased something much to my partners dismay. The pizzas were ok, definetly not special, nachos were great, chips average. Overall the place was good but nothing to write home about. If the service improved it would be much more of a delightful place to sit, enjoy the canal.

Was told last orders were done yet other tables continued to be served for up to an hour later by the brunette, curly haired manager lady. Very unprofessional and very judgmental. Do not visit unless you are ok with being criticised and refused orders if management have a problem with how you look

Looked like a great place for food and drinks but really can not recommend this place. The food really was not good: tofu dumplings, portabello mushroom fries, onion rings and fries. Eaten outside on the lock. The only saving grace was the staff and the sesame oil coleslaw on the side.

Staying over at hotel with family and decided to eat here one night,generally the food was good but we ordered loaded fries to share and it was cold so I alerted waitress and she said oh do you want it reheated 🤷🏻‍♂️I said no I want it cooked, we finished our meal then 5min later loaded fries arrive which I told the waiter we have already finished our meal so take it away. I went to pay the bill and they charged for the loaded fries which I challenged and they stated that they temperature probed and everything was ok,I explained that I placed my finger in the middle and was cold and my wife
