I visited Wok to Walk and ordered crispy chicken with egg noodles and vegetables. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. While eating my meal, I cut into one of the pieces of chicken and found that the centre looked pink and undercooked. This immediately put me off eating the rest of the dish and left me concerned about food safety. Nobody wants to be worrying about whether their chicken is properly cooked while they’re trying to enjoy a meal. I raised my concerns with a member of staff and showed him the chicken. He told me that it was cooked and then simply walked off withou

Had the best dinner at Wok to Walk Leeds. The food was cooked perfectly it was truly a mouth full experience. The environment was clean & peaceful. The staff was friendly and approachable thanks to Jelo and Kent as the best tandem with 5 stars for being polite and appropriate to the costumers. A job well done.

Served raw chicken in the restaurant, made to feel uncomfortable by staff for raising this issue at the time with no solution offered. When I contacted customer service I was given a refund but then accused of getting food poisoning elsewhere as they’d had no other negative reviews! I was a regular customer but will never be returning. Awful service. - don’t come here, they take no accountability when they can’t serve food to an edible standard.
