The quality of the food is definitely the strongest part of the experience. Unfortunately, what really let the place down was the service. It quickly became apparent that while some members of staff were working extremely hard, others seemed to be slacking off, which wasn't pleasant to witness and appeared to slow the service down for customers. Having previously worked in hospitality myself, I understand how demanding the job can be, so I don't make these comments lightly. What
