really nice food - the pasta is fresh and cooked beautifully al dente. the cannolo was one of the better i’ve had in my time, and the virgin mojito tasted like pure fresh lime! but the highlight of the meal is the service, which is really friendly and prompt, whilst still giving us space to relax and enjoy the terrace. only took a star off because of pricing/value for money, but i’m not local to the area and can’t compare to other nearby places!

We had a wonderful lunch at this lovely trattoria today. Chef Maurizio was incredibly accommodating, adjusting several dishes to meet my requests with a smile and real attention to detail. Our server Freddy was also fantastic! friendly, attentive and perfectly on time with everything. We’ll definitely be back soon, especially for their pasta e fagioli 🥰

Lunch at Gotto was a real surprise, not only the bruschette were rich and tasty, the pizza was amazing, I live in Italy where I don’t often find pizzas as good and digestible as it’s made at Gotto letting the dough raise for 48 hours. The tiramisu was creamy and perfectly balanced.

Stumbled across this trattoria and had a really enjoyable experience. Very hospitable staff, and all our food was simple and stunning. The sausage and truffle pasta was divine, as was the carbonara that was well balanced and not too rich. The tiramisu was by far the highlight of the meal and always great to see Menabrea lager on draught that made the whole lunch feel very reminiscent of our travels to Rome. Very kid friendly!
