Had a Christmas afternoon tea. A good selection of mixed sandwiches with crisps, a selection of cakes, scones with jam and cream, unlimited americano coffee and tea. All was very fresh and well filled. Obvious care and attention was applied during preparation and presentation. Many in the tea shop looked and commented as they walked past. Waitresses were incredibly helpful and attentive. We went here because we visited in summer and wanted to return to have the afternoon tea. Recommend it highly as it's a reasonable price (£18 pp) considering the quality, quantity and service received. Thank

We have just been to this lovely little tea shop, its a little gem of a place in the steep hill area and a stone throw away from the castle and cathedral. We had afternoon tea for for two, the lovely ladies had adapted it slightly for me and done me a more savoury style one with a little sweetness. Which I have to say was delicious, the little cheese cakes was very nice in deed along with the savoury samosas and mini pork pies and pickle. We really enjoyed the sandwiches too, especially the cheese and grape ( something we have not thought of before, but it really did work and was delicious al

Lovely breakfast and great coffee in a really cute setting. Staff very friendly too! great value for money at £11.50 including cappucino, double toast and full english. Only minor critique was no hash browns on the menu 😢

We found this little gem during a short break in Lincoln. We were so impressed with our first visit, we went back again and again. Lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere. We popped in for a breakfast, which was superb. We popped in again for cake and tea later the same day - so glad we did. The cakes are brilliant. We went back the following day for a coffee because we felt so comfortable and welcome at Bells. Staff, food and ambience are amazing. Thank you Ladies - see you next time we're in Lincoln.
