This was my second time dining at The Old Bakery. While waiting for our starter we were served two different breads (both freshly baked at the restaurant) with some salted, whipped butter. I had the ham hock croquette to start, it tasted great and contained plenty of ham, although the portion was a bit on the small side for my liking. Although the lamb looked tempting, for main I settled on the roasted king oyster mushroom, and wow was that a good decision. This dish was absolutely delicious. Perfect quality to price ratio. The room is full functional and very clean. The blackout curtains works well, with little noise even though the window is facing the street. The staff is very helpful and responsive. I quite like the design of backdoor access. Simple but homey. I wish the outlet access is more convenient and the water kattle does not have rust in it.

All I can say is thank you.. an utterly beautifully gorgeous experience..from a fun experience with staff to great recommendations. The food was utterly gorgeous. The place was stunning as was the mushroom dish. Starters of pig cheek, left little to be wanted, perfectly seasoned and exquisitely soft. The desert.....
