Good service. The guy serving me today had a good interaction with the customer and made me aware that he was busy, but he would see to me soon. He also thanked me when I said I understood and I could see that they were busy. He took my order and answered my question about the hash stack. Got my americano and the hash stack came a few minutes after. Coffee was good and the hash stack was great. It is a thumbs up for the stack.

Had the worst experience here the coffee was shocking. Workers standing doing nothing. One was so rude rolling her eyes and made me feel very uncomfortable. She was standing behind the counter swearing and being rude to another member of staff. Heard another employee say her name “Jess”. I think I will stick to ground espresso bar in Sprucefield the staff are amazing up there and the coffee is so much better. Ground please do better and train your staff.

Can I just say that some other customers who come into this store are just incredibly rude? Im a regular, and the staff do their best 100% of the time, you can see that. Im aware of the stores unfortunate circumstances, so whilst perhaps service may not be what you expect, they're doing their best. I have witnessed people shouting, degrading the staff, berating the staff, swearing etc.. it's disgusting! There's no wonder theres a shortage of staff with the way you people treat them. If you're going to berate someone, berate Ground themselves because they are the ones who put the store in this

Delicious range of savoury, sweet treats and drinks! Loads of seats. Only downfall the cakes didn’t taste quiiite as good as they looked (but still very nice and a great selection)
