A lovely restaurant primarily serving Hungarian + Romanian food but a few English dishes too. They had an express lunch offer which was £16 for 2 courses or £20 for 3 which was very reasonable. Service was welcoming and prompt. The food was excellent, myself and my mother had the halloumi sticks with spicy tomato jam and the traditional fish and chips but opted for different peas (we don’t like mushy peas) and was very pleasantly surprised! I’ve visited twice now and both experiences have been great. The service is friendly and welcoming, the food is fresh, homemade, and delicious, and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. Lovely atmosphere, I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes.
